I know the challenges that come with speaking up as a woman — the self-doubt, the fear, and the constant question of whether our voice is “enough.”

 

I’ve been there myself, facing imposter syndrome and moments of hesitation, even while working in media. But I also know the incredible empowerment that comes from pushing past those barriers and embracing who we are.

My journey began as I noticed the powerful impact of presence and communication, both as a media professional and an observer. Watching others step into the spotlight and finding my own voice along the way inspired me to develop a coaching approach that blends empathy, expertise, and encouragement. With a background in social sciences and theatre studies, I draw on insights and research into human behavior and communication to help women transform self-doubt into confidence.
